Our client is operating in the construction sector which went through a major downturn. Their quality approach had ensured a market share, and when the market deteriorated rapidly, they decided to rationalise the business and reposition, with our help.

The Issue

Trying to find new customers in an industry in meltdown. Scanning the business landscape, it was decided that the business would first look at its cost base and reposition into the market place.

The Outcome

From Ireland, the business established a presence in the UK and won new projects. The business core team was deployed accordingly, after a cost cutting exercise. The business grew again, as an international business, following some of its clients abroad as a supplier.
